Bra Review
Wearing the perfect sports bra can improve your workouts and boost your confidence. For instance, when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you perform well! That’s why I like to invest in quality workout pieces. Of all the sports bras I have tried, the Lululemon Energy Longline Bra is my favorite and has become a staple in my closet.

Lululemon Energy longline bra
The Lululemon Energy Bra is listed as one of the best-selling bras on the site. Lululemon carries two versions of this sports bra- the regular Energy Bra and the Energy Longline Bra. The regular Energy Bra fits too tight for me, even when I tried sizing it up. To me, the Energy Longline is more comfortable and very flattering. As the name suggests, the longline version is like the Energy Bra but offers more coverage with more fabric going down. It resembles a crop top because it provides more coverage than the typical sports bra.
Additionally, the Energy Longline includes a scoop neck with removable padding and a multi-strap racerback feature. According to the Lululemon website, this bra offers medium support and is designed for yoga and training activities. I do weight training and cardio exercises, and I find this bra comfortable enough to work in. Also, it is soft and has the perfect support for my liking.
Lululemon carries a few signature colors and several limited edition colors. The colors that they release are always so pretty! I currently have them in five colors, and I will continue to purchase the Energy Longline Bra until I find another sports bra that is as comfortable and flattering. To make it last longer, I wash these in cold water with like colors and hang dry them. I purchased my first Energy Longline Bra about two years ago, and it is still in excellent condition. Overall, it’s a quality sports bra and is popular for a good reason!
Sizing
I used Lululemon’s size guide on the product page and found the Energy Longline Bra to be true to size. If you are in between sizes, I would suggest purchasing a few options to help determine which size fits better when ordering online. Also, Lululemon offers free returns for up to 30 days! For reference, I am a size 8. I am 36b in most bras and a size small in tops.
How to style Energy Longline Bra
I love wearing the Energy Longline Bra to work out and as an everyday casual outfit, especially when working from home or running errands. Usually, I will wear this with the Lululemon Align High Rise leggings, and I am currently using the Nike TC 7900 as my athleisure/workout sneakers. During the winter, I wear the Lululemon Scuba Oversized Half-Zip Hoodie or the Cozy Fleece Boyfriend Boxy Zip Hoodie over it.
